7 PM - 11 PM

Reception

Our reception menu starts off as soon as you enter the reception with a baby arugula salad with candied walnuts and bosc pears. We’ll have bowls of Gorgonzola cheese on the tables to add to the salads. The bar will continue to be an open bar for the duration of the reception.

Guests will have a choice of 4 dinner options when they RSVP. This is where you can indicate any dietary restrictions.

  • Roasted NY strip steak au poivre with a peppercorn brandy cream sauce.

  • Roasted airline chicken breast with lemon herb de provence, roasted garlic beurre blanc.

  • Potato crusted grouper with a lemon garlic sauce.

  • Vegetarian/vegan option: Stuffed peppers stuffed with yellow rice and tomatoes.

Children under 12 have the following options if they do not like any of the options above:

  • Chicken fingers.

  • Pasta with butter or marinara sauce.

6 PM - 7 PM

Cocktail Hour

We’re starting the night off right with an open bar and several hot and cold food stations, including a surprise chef station. Waitstaff will be passing around some of the following Hors D’oeuvres:

  • Moroccan spiced lamb chops

  • Risotto cakes

  • Mini crab cakes

  • Baked brie

  • Beef tenderloin served with horseradish and fried shallots

  • Mini lobster rolls

  • Coconut shrimp

  • Mini duck reuben

11 PM - 1 AM (possibly 2 AM)

After party!

After the reception guests are invited to return to the cocktail hour room to continue the party, enjoy some late-night snacks, and possibly a drink or two. The bar for the after party is a cash bar. Please keep in mind that the resort is cashless so you’ll need another form of payment.
