Event Timeline

7:00 AM - Bride’s suite “The Parlor” opens for the bride and bridesmaids.

9:00 AM - Reception hall opens to be decorated by venue staff and the wedding party. 

10:00 AM - Groom’s suite “The Den” opens for the groom and the groomsmen. 

11:30-12:00 - Lunch for the bridal party is served in both suites. 

1:00 PM - Photographers arrive. 

2:15 PM - Bridal party heads up the mountain for photos. 

4:00 PM - Hotel check-in time.

4:15 PM - Gondola rides up to the ceremony begin. 

4:45 PM - Gondola rides up to the ceremony stop. Guests arriving after 4:45 have to wait until the processional concludes before they can ride the gondola up to the ceremony. 

5:00 PM - Ceremony. 

5:30 PM - Post ceremony photos. 

6:00-7:00 PM - Cocktail hour in the Hawks Nest. 

6:45-7:00 PM - Rudy and Sue alone time. 

7:00-11:00 PM Reception. 

7:00 PM - Salad served. 

7:45 PM - Dinner served. 

8:30 PM - Cake cutting. 

10:00 PM - Dessert served. 

11:00 PM - 1:00 AM After party in the Hawks Nest.
